Build Confidence in our Private Fitness Space

Many women lack the confidence or just don’t enjoy visiting commercial gyms. The Body Breath & Mind Studio is a private purpose built fitness and breathing space in Marple, stockport. Welcoming and fully equipped for fitness and strength training, it also has access to an outdoor garden wood fired sauna tent, fire-pit and ice baths.
As well as a private PT or coaching space the studio also host private & public experiences combining exercise with breath-work, cold therapy, sauna, hammock mediations or seasonal events. Perfect to connect with friends or a date night with a difference.
